Did you know that human waste can be used to power a bus? well, it is real and happening!!

Britain's first bus powered by human waste Has been unveiled and it is already in business.

This bus has a capacity of  40  and is  already making passengers happy.

The "Bio-Bus" is fuelled by biomethane gas generated by the treatment of sewage and food waste at a processing plant

A single tank of the gas, which is produced using the typical annual waste of five people, is enoughto power the vehicle for 190 miles.Bosses said the ground-breaking vehicle will improve air quality and proves there is value in human poo!!

The maiden voyage will see the first passengers travel on the route from Bristol Airport to the historical city of Bath, Somerset.

The annual waste of a bus-load of people would provide enough power for a return journey from  while producing less emissions than a diesel engine. 

Charlotte Morton, chief executive of eco-friendly organisation Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association, said: "The bus also learly shows that human poo and our wasted food are valuable resources.

GENeco  which is the pioneer of this project  became the first companyto start delivering gas generated from humanwaste directly to 8,300 homes by the nationalgrid.

The above technology show that every thing is possible and our country can borrow a leaf and start similar projects instead of engaging in endless politics and blame game which  is never good for development.

1. A single passenger's annual food and sewage waste would fuel the Bio-Bus for 37 miles (60km)
2. Its combustion engine is similar in design to diesel equivalents in conventional buses
3. Compressed gas is stored in dome-like tanks on the roof of the Bio-BusThe gas is generated through anaerobic digestion - where oxygen starved bacteria breaks down biodegradable material to produce methane-rich biogas
4. To power a vehicle, the biogas undergoes "upgrading", where carbon dioxide is removed and propane added
5. Impurities are removed to produce virtually odour free emissions
6. Compared to conventional diesel vehicles, up to 30% less carbon dioxide is emitted

The premier league is set to return with a bang this weekend when manchester united travel to the Emirates to face Arsenal who have  had a fairly poor start to the season.

After a long break with the international games being played, players are expected to have  rested enough to be fit for the weekend game. This game is expected to be a cracker given that Arsenal have failed to defeat manchester united  in almost a decade now,With their worst defeat being the 8-2 thrushing.


All the teams are being faced major injuries and this could prove to be  juicy since this could provide a chance for new stars to born.

what could happen if Manchester United beat Arsenal?  Then many of the  Manchester United fans will brag for beating Arsenal with a weakened squad,.
The other way could Happen  and Arsenal beat Manchester United united by more than two goals, then Manchester United fans  will definitely blame the injuries for the poor performance.

Arsenal FC under the management o Arsene Wenger has suffered a blow in its quest for  Fourteenth  tittle this season, after being humbled by Swansea  last weekend.


The arsenal appeared to be in control of the game for the more of first half until they scored through their striker Alexis Sanchez. Afterwards arsenal struggled and were unable to come back on the game, Swansea appeared to have dominated this game and eventualy managed to still the three crucial points from the mouths of struggling Arsena

This result has sparked a lot of criticism from all walks of life, from the fans to the coaching staff  who are calling for wenger's resignation claiming that he has failed to bring the success which the club has been dreaming of  for decades now.After this poor performance Arsenal drop to the fifth place on the table. Many of fans have decided to take different stands, some deciding to be loyal and support the old man while others deciding to be repellent.

It should be noted that Arsenal have never won a champions league  trophy in their entire history. Could this be Arsenal's season to shine and prove us wrong!
